At Econstruct Design and Build Pvt Ltd, our story began when our founder, Mr. Sandeep Pingale, returned to India from Dubai during the recession. With vast experience in designing structures up to G+81 stories, he decided to establish his own firm in Mumbai, setting the stage for an incredible journey ahead.

Mr. Sandeep Pingale is a Passionate Structural Design Engineer who has inspired the Careers of many Structural Engineers in India and abroad. He is a very successful Entrepreneur who is running Econstruct Design and Build Pvt Ltd in India since the year 2010. Econstruct offers services in the field of Engineering Consultancy, Civil Construction and Corporate ON-JOB training. He has designed up to G+81 Story Iconic Structural in Gulf and delivered projects worth 700 CR so far. He has 20+ years of work experience and he holds the Unlimited license of High Rise Committee (HRC) in Mumbai.

In this round, candidates will be tested on their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills relevant to the job role. This round usually includes multiple-choice questions.
The candidates that clear the technical test proceed to this round. Here, a topic is given, and a group of candidates discuss it. This round is designed to assess the candidate’s communication skills, leadership abilities, team spirit, listening skills, and their ability to form and communicate coherent and logical points.
Those who clear the GD round are then invited for a face-to-face technical interview. This round primarily evaluates the candidate’s in-depth technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to apply their knowledge in a real-world scenario.
This is usually a conversation between the candidate and an HR representative of the company, focusing on understanding the candidate’s attitude, motivation, fit with the company culture, and discussing salary expectations, work hours, and other HR-related queries.
Final year and Pre-final year students from UG and PG are eligible to apply for this Internship.
