In this round, candidates will be tested on their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills relevant to the job role. This round usually includes multiple-choice questions.
The candidates that clear the technical test proceed to this round. Here, a topic is given, and a group of candidates discuss it. This round is designed to assess the candidate’s communication skills, leadership abilities, team spirit, listening skills, and their ability to form and communicate coherent and logical points.
Those who clear the GD round are then invited for a face-to-face technical interview. This round primarily evaluates the candidate’s in-depth technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to apply their knowledge in a real-world scenario.
This is usually a conversation between the candidate and an HR representative of the company, focusing on understanding the candidate’s attitude, motivation, fit with the company culture, and discussing salary expectations, work hours, and other HR-related queries.
