About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate BIM Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in modeling, coordination, and documentation of construction projects using BIM tools like Revit and Navisworks. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-time national and international projects in a collaborative and tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models in Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate with architecture, structure, and MEP teams for clash-free integration.
• Generate 2D drawings and documentation sets from BIM models.
• Participate in design coordination and model review meetings.
• Support senior engineers and BIM leads in project execution.
• Ensure models follow company and client BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
