About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Site Engineer to join our construction team. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring work quality and safety, and supporting the execution of civil and structural works across residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site operations and civil construction activities.
• Ensure project milestones and timelines are met as per plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers for smooth site execution.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Prepare daily reports, update site progress, and resolve technical/site issues.
• Monitor material usage, site resources, and labor productivity.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of site engineering experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of structural drawings, BOQs, and execution methods.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and construction tools.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
