About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience in managing civil and structural engineering projects. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, managing teams and stakeholders, ensuring quality and cost control, and meeting project deadlines with precision and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Manage site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and resolve on-site and technical issues proactively.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and lead client progress meetings.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field (M.E./M.Tech preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and construction management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
