About the Role

As a BIM Modeller at E-Construct, you will be part of a high-performing design team creating 3D models and coordinated drawings for large-scale building and infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP designers to deliver fully detailed, clash-free models using the latest BIM technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit or similar tools.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP elements in one unified model.
• Prepare 2D drawings, sections, and construction documents from the model.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues in coordination with engineers.
• Participate in model reviews and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Maintain BIM standards and follow company workflows for modeling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture/Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling using Revit.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 tools.
• Understanding of construction methods and detailing.
• Strong eye for accuracy, detailing, and documentation standards.
