About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 5–7 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and BIM sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in the construction and design industry.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop customized client solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction, real estate, or engineering sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical services and translate them into business value.
