For Working Professionals For Individuals Not in Employment
  1. Report to the Bangalore Head Office of Econstruct on the batch start date.
  2. Work at the office with our team from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm.
  3. Access pre-recorded videos for certain topics in the offline training mode.
  4. Participate in live sessions with our technical mentors periodically.
  5. Report to an assigned employee who will be your manager.
  6. Engage in real projects, working both in teams and individually.
  7. Attend mock technical interviews.
  8. Time sheet to be filled on daily basis.
  1. Designed for working professionals who cannot invest 8-9 hours daily.
  2. Offers a self-paced training program with pre-recorded videos.
  3. Candidates should dedicate at least 2 hours per day to watch videos and complete assignments.
  4. Submit assignments via the dashboard or email to the reporting manager.
  5. Flexible working hours without leaving your current job.
  6. Projects must be submitted weekly or monthly as directed by the reporting manager.
  7. Attend Doubt Clearing Sessions (DCS) or schedule one-on-one Zoom calls with technical mentors for assistance.
  8. Ask questions via the official chat server or WhatsApp for urgent queries.
  9. Complete a minimum of 12 to 15 projects throughout the course.
  10. Maintain a consistent routine to balance job responsibilities and the training program for effective results.
